STURBRIDGE — The construction work at the Habitat for Humanity house on 79 Fairview Park Road has been completed, and its new owners are looking forward to moving in.

Randy Smith and Kimberley Renaud enjoyed a dedication ceremony and volunteer appreciation event at their new home on Saturday, June 23. They will be moving in on July 1 with their children, Phelicia and Garrett.

"This is a fresh start for us, and we're really excited about this life-changing opportunity," Smith said. "The whole process has been fantastic, especially all of the amazing volunteers who helped make this possible."
