SOUTHBRIDGE — Although most people know by now that tomorrow's election features key races for Town Council and School Committee, voters will find a few other things on their ballots that are fairly important despite being low key.

One is the Redevelopment Authority, for which a write-in contest might be brewing. For various family reasons, incumbent Delores LaRochelle couldn't get her re-election papers in on time, so she's doing it by write-in. Shortly after the deadline passed, though, Paulette DeSorcy started putting her name out for the same thing, although she admits she's now "not sure" she wants to do it.

After around eight years on the board, LaRochelle is quite sure.
