SOUTHBRIDGE — Meals on Wheels is looking for a few good men — and women.

Specifically, they're seeking warm bodies — volunteers — to help deliver hot meals to local shut-ins and those in need of some nutritional assistance.

"We're looking for a driver three days a week – or even for one day, or for just two or three hours in the morning," said Cate Bisson, nutrition manager for Tri-Valley Elder Services, which oversees the local Meals on Wheels program at the town's Community Center.
