SOUTHBRIDGE — The School Committee and attorney Kim Rozak spent much of its Tuesday meeting hashing out two complaints filed by resident Erin Quinney.

A few weeks ago, Quinney alleged member Scott Lazo's comments regarding the high school's "express line" violated the committee's ethics policy (but not state ethics law). She also requested the panel suspend and investigate Principal William Bishop over findings made by the arbitrator regarding the dismissal of teacher Jonathan Jacobson in 2010.

After Rozak's presentation, the committee ended up not doing anything with either situation, although Chairman Jack Jovan accepted more information regarding the first one he promised to "take under advisement."
