Federal agents visit Shepherd Hill to talk cyber crime

CHARLTON — It's something we all know and usually do.

When you're out in a crowded place, moving you're wallet from your back pocket to the font, or tucking your purse under your arm instead of letting it dangle is a smart way to deter a pick-pocketer or purse-snatcher.

When we take these cautious measures, we make ourselves "hard targets" for crime.
