STURBRIDGE — Stop & Shop might need to consider temporarily changing its name to Stop & Win.

Customers at all Stop & Shop stores, including the 100 Charlton Road location in town, will have an opportunity until July 12 to help support pediatric brain tumor care and research at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. By making a $1 contribution to the Jimmy Fund, customers will receive a Triple Winner scratch ticket and will be eligible to earn free store products, coupons, gift cards, and cash prizes up to $10,000.

Stop & Shop, in partnership with the Boston Red Sox, has already raised more than $50 million through the Triple Winner Game, which began in 1991 and continues to support the fight against pediatric cancer.
