April 04, 2012 BRIMFIELD — MGM Resorts International may not be building a casino in town, but the corporation will have a lasting impact in Brimfield, thanks to a $250,000 donation it recently made to Hitchcock Free Academy.
Officials from MGM Resorts International announced on Monday, April 2, that their company, along with Rolling Hills Estates Realty Trust, had made the $250,000 donation. The announcement came less than a week after MGM informed town officials and residents that they decided to abandon plans to build a casino in the northwest part of town.
