Tantasqua Culinary Arts Program hosting second edition of event

STURBRIDGE — For the second straight year, Tantasqua Regional High School culinary students will gain valuable experience while working with local chefs to prepare signature entrees and desserts.

The TRHS Culinary Arts Program will host its second annual Team Chef Competition on Sunday, April 29 from 1-5 p.m. at the Sturbridge Host Hotel. Several local chefs will each work with two students in the preparation of entrees and desserts using the featured ingredient: Citrus. Residents will then have the opportunity to try all of the offerings and vote for their favorite entrée and dessert.
