Tantasqua tech division eyes projects

Applications available now for school's service area

March 13, 2012
STURBRIDGE — Students enrolled in the Tantasqua Regional High School technical division will continue the school's annual tradition of building a house, garage, or addition for a local family next year, and they are already searching for prospective locations.

The Tantasqua Regional School Committee will be accepting applications for projects to be built during the 2012-2013 school year. Applicants will save a substantial amount of money because there is no charge for student labor, and additional savings can result if the school's electrical students install any necessary wiring.
