CHARLTON — Driving westbound on the stretch of Route 20 that runs through town, one might notice a lot more than traffic lights.

At nearly every intersection sits at least one giant metal collection bin for an array of charities, where resident Kristin Kustigian said too often people leave more than donations.

"People see these things and for some reason assume it's OK to leave their crap there," she said.
