BRIMFIELD — Tantasqua Regional High School technical division students have recently worked on a variety of projects at the Village Green Family Campground, and owner Lester Twarowski has been so thrilled by the assistance that he will provide yearly scholarships for technical division students.

The students have been very active at the campground – which was badly damaged during the June 1 tornado – undertaking such projects as working with National Grid to redesign the distribution of power at the campground and installing 11 single-phase pedestal services. In addition, the students helped install 65 trailer site power distribution panel boards that have service laterals capable of feeding over 2,000 feet of cable throughout the park. Each lateral was measured, cut, pulled, and terminated to National Electrical Code standards.
