Ciesla on retirement: 'I'm going to miss the guys'

SOUTHBRIDGE — In a move everyone knew was coming, but few knew exactly when, Fire Chief Richard Ciesla hit the road for retirement last weekend.


When the Southbridge Evening News spoke to him Tuesday afternoon, Jan. 24, he was in Oklahoma, en route to a winter home he and wife Maureen recently bought in Sun City West, Ariz.
