SOUTHBRIDGE — After debating the concept for several months, the Board of Health will be setting a public hearing on its plan to create body art regulations for a date late in February.

The exact date remains to be named.

According to Vice Chairman Dean Cook, the board mostly intends to adopt the state's model regulations, with a few modifications. So far, none of the citizens in the audience have raised objections, he added.
