STURBRIDGE — Joel Crouse, a former Holland resident who has achieved tremendous musical success in Nashville, Tenn., over the last two years, will sing at the Sturbridge Coffee House on Friday, Dec. 23.

Beginning at 7 p.m., the show will include multiple songs featured on Crouse's first album, which is expected to be released in the late summer or fall of 2012. Crouse has spent the last several months working on the record with accomplished producer Jamie Houston, who has worked with such stars as Christina Aguilera, Miley Cyrus, Steven Tyler, Demi Lovato, Faith Hill and Carlos Santana.

"Working with Jamie has been a great experience. We have spent a lot of time writing songs and working on this record," Crouse said. "I don't get to come home as often as I would like to these days, but this show is going to be kind of a sneak peak of my new record for people from my hometown."
