Alzheimer's Disease is one of the hardest illnesses for family members to deal with.

Over the course of several years, they have no choice but to watch a loved one's mind disintegrate while their body lives on.

Often, they try to keep them home, but in time the medical and behavioral burden often becomes too difficult.

That's where nurse Donna Frietas comes in.
