Kids Expo to benefit Molly Bish Foundation

February 13, 2011
STURBRIDGE — Children will have an opportunity to have fun and learn about how to keep themselves safe at the fourth annual Kids Expo, a fundraiser to support the Molly Bish Foundation and Life Guard Center.

The event will be held Monday, Feb. 21, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Sturbridge Host Hotel, and children will enjoy interactive booths, several games, giveaways and more. In addition, all children who attend the fundraiser will receive ID kits from the Molly Bish Foundation.

According to Kid's Event Coordinator Julie Williams, the fundraiser will mark the beginning of Kid's Week at Sturbridge Host Hotel. Several local celebrities will be present at the event, including popular radio personalities Jen and Steve from 104.5 WXLO, who are expected to serve as masters of ceremonies. In addition, members of Mass Motion Dance Academy, Harlem Globetrotter Moo Moo Evans, Ronald McDonald, and Finz, the Worcester Sharks' mascot, will also drop by the hotel to visit children.

"This is a terrific opportunity to learn about all the great things to see and do in our region during February School Vacation week, when families are looking for quality activities," Williams said. "We hope to see everyone there."
