TA panel picks trio of finalists
Sturbridge nears end of search process
December 08, 2009
STURBRIDGE — The duties of the Town Administrator Search Committee are complete — more or less.
Chairman James Ehrhard presented the search committee's three finalists for the town administrator's position to the Board of Selectmen Monday night.
Ehrhard said the committee is holding the names of two potential alternate candidates in confidence should a need to consider them arise, though Chairman of the Board of Selectmen Mary Blanchard said she can't imagine that happening.
The search committee, made up of Ehrhard, a member of the Tantasqua Regional School Committee, as well as Chairman of the Board of Health Linda Cocalis, Department of public Works Director Greg Morse, Selectman Scott Garieri and resident Carol Childress, took their final vote at a short meeting just minutes before the presentation to selectmen.
The finalists for the position are John D'Agostino, Pamela T. Nolan and Donald Crawford.
