Expo takes a natural look at modern life

STURBRIDGE — It's late at night. You're hungry, and want something to eat. You think to yourself, "Pizza? No. Chinese food? No. How about something macrobiotic?"
A macrobiotic diet is one that involves a variety of grains, along with vegetables and legumes, avoiding over processed and refined foods.
Macrobiotic foods are just one of a multitude of topics you can learn about at the third annual Natural Living Expo, this weekend — Saturday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. — at the Sturbridge Host Hotel.
"We have 135 exhibits, and we have 75 work shops," said expo coordinator Michella Bedrosian of Spirit of Change Magazine.
