STURBRIDGE — After two rounds of layoffs earlier this year, OSV is on pace to have its best year in a decade.
"We are on track to have an operating surplus this year," said OSV President and CEO James Donohue. "The news is good. Were very happy with the progress we made."
Several factors account for the good news.
First, memberships have increased 16 percent to 7,200, while overall attendance is up 6-percent to 132,763 people as compared to the same period last year, according to an OSV press release. School field trips jumped 6 percent to 62,846. That figure increased for the first time since 2001.
