CHARLTON — Hunched over a blue bin full of water and freshly picked turnips, Ben Wilson let out a long satisfied sigh.

"I can't imagine doing anything else," he said, tying up a bundle of vegetables.

It was a sunny Friday morning and as Wilson looked around at the picturesque setting that is Fay Mountain Farm, he said there's nowhere he'd rather be.
